Product Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted within 7 calendar days upon receipt based on logistics delivery record excluding shipping back duration. Item must be in good sellable condition, within testing and fair use, complete with returns label still attached. You will be refunded in the form of VOUCHER of the same value of the items you bought for all Valid Returns based on Fair Use. An email notification will be sent to you once your voucher code has been updated. No refund will be made in term of cash money. For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify us first at CHAT BOX OR email at email@example.com by quoting the Order Number and product details. Sale items and items bought using discount codes are considered final, non-returnable, non-exchangeable nor refundable. All Items due for returns will be reviewed and are subject to management discretion and approval. Management reserves the right to make the final call on the validity of the complaint.
2. Return Delivery Charges.
Return shipping costs are to be shouldered by the customer and management is not liable until such items reaches the main office.
3. Received Returned items.
We will confirm receipt of the returned items via email.
4. Return in Person.
